Jet2 have announced a new route from their Belfast base (BFS).

The new service will be to Tenerife, Reina Sofia (TFS) every Friday commencing 30th October 2009.

Flights are scheduled to leave BFS at  08:30 and return to BFS at 18:40. 

Jet2 offers flights to Tenerife from all it’s UK bases except Edinburgh. Commenting on the announcement a spokesperson for the cheap hotels in Tenerife website said they welcomed the extra airlift to Tenerife. “As Thomson Holidays and flythomascook are also on sale for next winter and we are still waiting on the possibility of Aer Lingus also offering flights, it should mean great opportunities for the people of Belfast to get a bargain holiday to Tenerife”.
