One of the most expensive TV adverts ever created, at a cost of around £1 million, British Airways “Face” advert, first shown in 1989, was made by advertising firm Saatchi and Saatchi. The ad is often considered to be a television commercial classic. It is worth noting that British Airways isn’t mentioned until the last few seconds of the ad.
