There is a lot more to running a successful airline than that though. Feel Air will have to ensure operational excellence and cover for their aircraft as only having 2 machines will leave them open to horrific delays if something goes wrong. They also need to keep costs very low and be quick to challenge any "dirty tricks" from established airlines.
