RABAT, Morocco (Thomson Financial) – TUI AG has upped its holding in Moroccan low cost carrier Jet4You to 100 percent, Jet4You head Jawad Ziyat told Agence France-Presse late on Monday.

‘TUI, which held 40 percent in Jet4You, acquired the shares of the other associates on June 12,’ he said, without disclosing financial details.

Jet4You which has its main base in Casablanca, operates a fleet of five 737-400 aircraft and is to acquire another five by 2010. The company employs 200 people and had revenues of 51 million euros last year.
